 Pheonix Funding has been a broker entity for over 8 years. The group opened doors in 1997 as a full service mortgage broker under the Phoenix Funding banner. Four years ago we changed to Associated Pheonix Funding, and then two years ago became a locally owned mortgage broker as Pheonix Funding Associates, Inc. Through all the name changes, the management, employees, business philosophy, locations and phone numbers etc., remained the same. We do not have voice mail during regular business hours (8:30 to 4:30 CST). If you call for information, you will talk first person with a knowledgeable mortgage professional. All PFC loan officers and processors have a minimum of five years experience. We strive to have the most competitive pricing for what ever type financing we are obtaining for our customers.
